Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: July 17, 2026

You can ask us to delete your Praxius account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what gets removed.

Delete it yourself, immediately

If you own a workspace you can delete it yourself — no request, no waiting. Go to Settings, open Delete this workspace, and type the workspace name to confirm. Deletion runs straight away and cannot be undone.

Only the workspace owner can do this, and it removes the workspace for everyone in it.

Or ask us to do it

  1. Email privacy@onepraxius.com from the address on your Praxius account, with the subject “Delete my data”.
  2. If your request is about WhatsApp messages, include the phone number you receive them on so we can match it to your account.
  3. We’ll confirm the request, verify it came from you, and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and sign-in record with our authentication provider.
  • Your name, email address, and any verified phone number.
  • Your workspace content — events, tasks, vendors, notes — and the message history between you and our assistant.

What we may keep

We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it, or where it’s needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements. Operational logs are kept briefly for security and then age out. Content that other members of a shared workspace created stays with that workspace.

Just want to stop the messages?

You don’t need to delete your account to stop SMS or WhatsApp updates — turn them off in your notification settings, or reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us.
