Terms of Service
Last updated: July 17, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Praxius (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Praxius.
The service
Praxius helps teams plan and run events — creating events and tasks, assigning them to team members, and sending reminders and status requests over email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We may change or discontinue features over time.
Your account
You need an account to use most of the service, and you’re responsible for what happens under it, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 16 to use Praxius. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to send unsolicited, unlawful, or misleading messages.
- Add a phone number you aren’t authorized to contact, or message people who haven’t agreed to hear from you.
- Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or violate WhatsApp’s or our providers’ policies.
- Interfere with, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the service.
Your content
The events, tasks, notes, and other content you add stay yours. You give us the permission we need to host and process that content in order to run the service — including sending the notifications you enable and powering AI features. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Messaging
SMS and WhatsApp messages are only sent to a phone number that’s been verified, and can be turned off at any time in notification settings. Message and data rates may apply. WhatsApp messages are additionally governed by WhatsApp’s own terms and policies.
AI features
Praxius uses AI to generate plans and summaries and to interpret messages you send to our assistant. AI output can be wrong or incomplete — review it before relying on it, and don’t treat it as professional advice.
Termination
You can stop using Praxius and delete your data at any time — see our data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we need to in order to protect the service or other users.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “last updated” date above when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
