Frequently asked questions

If your question isn’t here, email privacy@onepraxius.com and a person will answer.

Getting started

What is Praxius?

A workspace for planning one event properly — a wedding, a baby shower, a fundraiser, a community festival. The plan, the people, the budget and the deadlines live in one table instead of across a notes app, a spreadsheet and four group chats.

How long does it take to get something useful?

A couple of minutes. You describe the event in a sentence or two and Praxius drafts the checklist — grouped by phase, with dates already set. You edit it from there; nothing is saved until you’ve looked at it.

Is there a mobile app?

Not yet. Praxius runs in your phone’s browser and is built for that — but there is nothing to install from the App Store or Google Play today.

Can I plan more than one event?

Yes, as many as you like, and they share one team directory — so a caterer you used last year is already there the next time.

The plan and the AI

What does the AI actually do?

Three things. It drafts the plan from your description. It writes the summaries that tell you where an event stands. And it answers questions about your own event when you ask it.

Can I trust what it writes?

Check it. AI can get things wrong or miss something, which is why the draft plan is put in front of you to edit before it’s saved, and why nothing consequential happens without you agreeing to it. Treat it as a well-prepared first draft, not advice.

Is my event used to train an AI model?

No. Your events, tasks and notes are used to run the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for how your information is handled.

What if the plan it drafts is wrong for my event?

Change it. Every task, phase, owner, date and cost is editable, and you can add categories of your own. The draft exists to save you the blank page, not to tell you how your event works.

Working with other people

Do the people helping me need an account?

No — and they never need to sign up, install anything, or be paid for. You assign a task and they get a text with a link to a single page: the task, its notes, somewhere to upload a photo, and a button to mark it done. That link covers that one task and nothing else.

How do I know a job has actually been done?

The task updates the moment they mark it done, and you’re notified. Anything still unclaimed or overdue is surfaced rather than sitting quietly in a list.

Can I add someone as a proper team member instead?

Yes. You can invite people into your workspace with a role, for co-hosts who need to see everything rather than one job.

Can I track vendors and quotes?

Yes. Each task has its own outreach table — who you contacted, what they quoted, what they do, and where each one stands, from first contact through to booked or declined.

Reminders and messages

How does Praxius reach me?

Email, WhatsApp, and text message, and you choose which. Text messages need a verified phone number and are kept for urgent things only.

Will it message the people helping me without asking?

Only the task you hand them, and only when you send it. Praxius doesn’t message your contacts on its own. You should only add numbers you’re allowed to contact — that is a condition of using the service.

Can I turn reminders off?

Yes, per channel, in your notification settings, at any time.

Money

What does it cost?

Nothing during the beta, and that includes the whole workspace and as many events as you want to plan. The pricing sectionsets out exactly what’s included.

What happens when the beta ends?

We’ll tell you the price before we ask for it. When paid plans arrive they will be a one-off charge rather than a subscription, and the people helping you will still never pay — that is how the product is built, not a launch promise.

Can Praxius track my event budget?

Yes. Set a budget for the whole event or a single phase, put costs against tasks, and watch committed spend move against the target — so overspend shows up while you can still do something about it.

Your data

Who can see my event?

You and the people you invite into your workspace. Someone holding a task link sees that task only. Nothing is visible to other customers.

Can I get my data out?

Yes — email privacy@onepraxius.com and we’ll send you a copy of everything in your workspace. There’s no self-serve export button yet; deleting your account, by contrast, you can do yourself from settings.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, and you can delete everything yourself immediately from settings rather than asking us and waiting. Deletion removes your events, tasks, team and uploaded files.

Where do I read the legal detail?

The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. You need to be at least 16 to use Praxius.

Still stuck?

Email privacy@onepraxius.com. Praxius is early and small, which mostly means the person who reads your message can also fix the thing.
